IT Service Delivery, Associate Director

Position summary
As the IT Service Delivery, Associate Director you will be responsible for IT Operations governance of all end-user services and backend infrastructure operations across Calliditas through effective team- and supplier management.
It also includes the application governance of Microsoft365 and related services with focus on adoption and effective backend operations governance. The job is very customer focused with the purpose that through an effective service delivery framework be delivering defined services in a compliant and secure way with a focus on end-user productivity.
You are responsible for developing strategic and tactical roadmaps within the scope of your responsibility. In the position there will occur certain operational activities like performing configuration changes as well as general IT support (incident/problem) and project management. You will be responsible for one direct report, and you report directly to our CIO.
Tasks and responsibilities
The responsibility for this position consists of three main areas;
IT infrastructure services;
- End user services – ServiceDesk, client, print and network management.
- Azure Services(growing)
- IT Service Delivery framework life-cycle management
- Identity management
IT application Governance – Microsoft365 and related services;
- Application lifecycle management – Microsoft365 and related services
- End-user training - Training material life-cycle management
IT Operations:
- Vendor/Supplier service management – service control and service compliance
- Compliance with policies, SOP’s and work instructions
- Human backup to IT operations specialist
Your profile
To thrive and succeed in the role you are an experienced professional and have demonstrable working experience of Microsoft 365 products being optimally used and run and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace Technologies.
Required competencies;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Strong experience with management of service contracts
- Solid technical understanding and competence in required areas
- Fluency in Swedish and English, verbal and in writing
- Be able to prioritize and handle varied work tasks
- Confident leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor communication to all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to debate ideas/strategy, comfortable managing constructive discussion, and not afraid to challenge the status quo
Meritorious;
- Customer-facing/consulting experience interacting with large-scale distributed data/computing solutions
- ITIL and or Project Manager Certification.
- Master Data management
